Denise Yardy, CBI, BBS is an Owner and Associate Broker of Arizona Sunbelt. Denise has been an Arizona resident for many years and a licensed real estate professional since 1995. Having co-owned and operated a large mechanical contracting company for 15 years, successfully managing a specialty medical practice, restaurant, and retail store, Denise understands the day-to-day challenges and complex issues business owners must deal with.

Her expertise selling the main street market is extensive and varied, having facilitated numerous business sales throughout southern Arizona since 1999. She is skilled at contract writing, negotiations, business valuations & business exit planning and is committed to professional ethics and client service. Denise holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Business Broker Specialist (BBS) designations and was honored by her peers in Arizona as the 2009 AZBBA Business Broker Of The Year.

Volunteer & Professional Affiliations: Denise has worked with several service organizations, served as a director for a hospital foundation, and was previously a court certified mediator/arbitrator.
