Bob has extensive experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur having owned seven businesses over the last 40+ years. His business ownership experience includes manufacturing, engineering, software development, real estate investment, management consulting and mergers and acquisitions. He has sold over 100 businesses in Arizona including many transactions valued at $1 million dollars or more.

Bob has been a workshop leader and facilitator for a management training organization, and has counseled many CEO's and top level managers on the principles of leadership. Dan Horton graduated from Rincon High in Tucson, and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. His diverse experiences include being an aviation officer in the U.S. Navy, a stockbroker with EF Hutton, co-founder of a retail personal computer business, owner of a multi-store sporting goods company and a registered investment advisor. He also served a 1-year stint with a youth ministry in the San Francisco Bay area. Having built, bought, and sold businesses of his own, he identifies with the perspectives, needs and priorities of those who are on both sides of the table.
